Sitemap Connection & Demo Preparation

• Connected/cleaned up sitemap pages with navigation arrows in Figma
• Addressed client questions about payment integration
  • No solid decision from previous phase interviews
  • Need to check current payment system (Square API possibility)
  • Hosting service compatibility brief discussion(Framer has built-in options)
• Set up team coordination board for todos and progress tracking

Client Expectations Management

• Client may be unclear about project timeline and deliverables
  • Mixed up “phase 3” with “sprint 3”
  • Expecting fully completed website at end of current phase suggested
  • Very possible unrealistic expectations about final deliverable scope
• Need team discussion to clarify:
  • Project phases vs sprints structure
  • Realistic timeline for MVP completion
  • Current progress status vs client assumptions

Design System & Graphic Designer Access

• Graphic designers requesting access to design system properties
• Waiting on color palette and branding updates possibly past first demo
• Team will pivot to work on wireframes in the meantime to strengthen design foundation
