Client Graphics Meeting Request

• Veena emailed client about graphics collaboration and has heard back
• Client wants to do a virtual meeting with a smaller design group
• Client meeting atm will be scheduled for Tuesday 11/18 @ 9am MST / 10am CST / 11am EST

Current Sprint Status & Priorities

• Sprint 1 pushed back to start next week,
• Thanksgiving week break approaching - only next week available for full work
• Three priority tasks identified:
  • Site map creation
  • Update personas and empathy maps
  • Task flows development
• Wireframes completed by Veena, well-organized in Figjam
• Missing key task flows: homepage, donation page, about page, enrollment page

Workshop Planning

• Two workshop sessions planned:
  • Session 1: Site map creation (shorter, 1-2 sessions)
  • Session 2: Task flow development (3+ hours)
• Monday 11/17 workshop focusing on site map first
• Will record sessions for absent team members
• Tagged team members: Daniel, Brandon, Yumi, Naomi, Bhargavi, Mika, Veena

Next Steps

• Mika will post lettuce meet today for Monday workshop with EOD response deadline
• Veena traveling 12/6-12/12 but available via Discord
• Veena fully unavailable 11/18 after morning, back 12/15 (Feel free to correct if that’s wrong Veena, couldn’t remember if those were the right dates you gave)
