Project updates:

• MVP Meeting: All teams will attend this meeting to understand more the project and walkthrough the phase 1
• UX Team: They had their meeting with research team to understand how to start and what is expected from them.
• Client Meetings: This meetings will be on Thursday.
• Product Team: Adityo and I was present on the meeting, we spoke about what we did on Notion and what is the plan for the rest of the week

Action items:

• They expect that only 1 person from the team attend the standup meetings to avoid repeating the information and make the meeting faster.

Project Leads  – Working on building out a form for client questions that teams can fill out prior to Thursday client meeting, getting ready for client meeting tomorrow

Design 2  – Met w Research lead yesterday to discuss direction of Phase 2 including defining UXR to inform design decisions, today hosting the kickoff Design 2 team meeting, meeting with Phase 1 UXR lead on Friday

Product  – Reviewing Phase 1 materials, making plans for Phase 2, will be in MVP meeting to understand expectations

Research  –  We have our research meeting tomorrow afternoon, each team member is reviewing Figma and Notion to familiarize ourselves with Phase 1, making plans to meet with a UXR lead from Phase 1, reviewing and adding suggestions to our research roadmap
